Mysia Farm, as a farm business based in Balıkesir, brings you natural products such as olive oil, garlic olive oil, table olives, walnuts, hazelnuts, honey and linden. Taking its name from Mysia, one of the ancient cities of the Southern Marmara region, this farm offers these unique relics from its ancestors and land to the consumer.

Mission and Vision
Increasing product diversity continues to be one of the biggest goals in this story that started with the aim of sharing delicious olive oils that are freshly picked, immediately squeezed and bottled with consumers.
Everyone can now taste the olives, olive oil, walnuts, hazelnuts, honey and lindens that we have been consuming for years with pleasure from our farm in the Southern Marmara region of our country!
With the mentality of "I won't let anyone eat what I haven't eaten", we are ready to offer the taste and health of these products, which have been consumed with pleasure by the local people and their elders for years, to all of Turkey and even the world!
Nutritional and Quality Values of Olive Oils
Our olives, picked from the branches, are directly cold pressed without being kept waiting and touching the soil, thus obtaining the oil while preserving its low acidity and fruity taste.
The low peroxide value, which gives the burning sensation in poor quality oils, and the low oleic acid, which gives the bitter taste in the stomach and palate, are ensured by pressing these olives without waiting after they are collected.
The trilinolein value is an indicator of the absence of other seed oils (this is the most common adulteration in olive oil) in the oils.
In addition to these values, it has a very high polyphenol content of 391 mg/L compared to standard olive oils on the market.
