Our product is obtained from olives from the Erdek-Edincik region. The olives are freshly picked and pressed by hand every day.
The high quality cold pressing technique, which also includes the waterless pressing method, ensures that all nutrients, vitamins and minerals remain in the olive oil. In addition, cold pressing prevents the loss of minerals lost with the hot method. There are no chemicals or drugs in our pressing process. In other words, the final product is completely ORGANIC and NATURAL. We keep all the polyphenols, nutritional values and minerals in high quality organic olives in the product thanks to the dry and cold pressing process method.
It adds a wonderful flavor especially to salads, pizzas, marinated products, appetizers and vegetables. Our olive oil contains specific polyphenols equivalent to Memecik and Ayvalık type olives. These components give you the perfect lasting taste and smell!
The acidity of pure oil is very low and contains 0.6% Oleic Acid .Compared to other classic olive oils, this product contains exactly 391 mg of Polyphenols per liter!
It also has a very low peroxide value of 14.3 ( values above 20 are considered riviera, indicating the decomposition of phenols and spoiling the taste ). You can drink this natural olive oil directly to improve your stomach and throat health :))
